DESCRIPTION OF THE ORGANIZATION
Valence Romans Drôme Rugby (VRDR) is a professional rugby club playing in the PRO D2 championship, 2nd French division.
The club’s headquarters is located in Romans-sur-Isère (Drôme – 26) and brings together all of VRDR’s administrative employees as well as the Team 1 training center and the training center. While the Georges Pompidou stadium, based in Valence, hosts the infrastructures
receptions of the Club as well as the matches of the professional team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of the development of its activities, the VRDR is looking for a Ticketing and General Public Coordinator (M/F). Under the direct responsibility of the Stadium Manager, you work on the following missions;
TICKETING
As a common thread throughout the season;
• Configuration of events on the ticketing software for the sale of matches.
• Application of this configuration to official resale points and recruitment of new resale points.
• Management of atypical sales (type: PMR, corporate benefit, promotional code, etc.) before the event and all customer service (emails and incoming calls).
• Management of access rights with configuration, edition and supervision of accreditations (press, employees, service providers) for each match.
• Design and implementation of the ticketing strategy with recommendations for maximizing sales and stadium occupancy.
• Monitoring and analysis of figures (filling rate, no-show, invitation strategy, etc.)
• Consumer CRM management: forecast planning of email & SMS sending, creation of text content, targeting
1) Home matches
• Implementation of the match day system.
• Management of ticketing counters and accreditations/invitations on match day.
• Quantified reports from ticket offices after the match.
2) Subscription campaign and off-season
• Participation in the creation of the subscription campaign (benchmark, proposal of a price list, loyalty policy, etc.) and its operational implementation.
GRAND PUBLIC
1) Home match entertainment
• Management of audiences attending match day (bandas, guard of honor by local rugby schools, ball boys, groups of supporters and opposing clubs) ahead of the event for ticketing needs, accreditations, organization of their arrival, access to the site and the day of the match.
2) Management of Supporters clubs
• Organization of monthly meetings with groups of supporters and/or subscribers to plan and organize activities throughout the sports season and coordinate ticketing needs with opposing clubs for travel.
3) Merchandising VRDR
• Ticketing/store cross-selling operation
• Participation in the management and development of the VRDR store
PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS
The “know-how”:
– Mastery of the Ofce suite and particularly Excel and Power Point;
– Sense of organization and service;
– Good data presentation skills;
– First experience using popular ticketing software

– Irregular hours

CONTRACT
Diplomas and training: At least BAC+3 Management and Management of Sports Organizations or similar
Contract: work-study program (ideally over 2 years) or long-term internship (6 months min. BAC+5 level)
Reward: depending on profile
