“World Multiple Sclerosis Day Awareness Forum: Learn, support and control MS with Let’s Discover Multiple Sclerosis Association”

2023-05-30 20:13:00

On the occasion of the world day once morest multiple sclerosis this Tuesday (May 30), an awareness forum is organized at 6:30 p.m. at the La Créole Beach hotel in Gosier. Remember that multiple sclerosis is an autoimmune disease that affects the central nervous system. The symptoms are varied: visual, motor, sensory, urinary or cognitive. They can evolve and depend on the location of lesions in the brain and spinal cord.

Pierre Henry-Calpas, communication officer of the association “Let’s Discover Multiple Sclerosis” was live this morning with Laura Latchan. He returns to the interest of this day.

This is to be able to better support all victims of this disease, as indicated by our theme chosen today “better know and control this disease”. For many years, research has been done. There is an improvement from daily life, allowing patients to be more mindful and avoid anything that might interfere with their daily life. At the level of the association and our partners, we are doing everything we can to better understand, control this disease and raise awareness among those around you.
