May 1, 2023 – Reporter reports West Texas crude oil contracts. The market closed on Friday (April 28) that it was delivered in June. It rose $2.02, or 2.70%, to $76.78/barrel and was up 1.5% in April, but was down 1.4% for the week.
The Brent crude oil contract (BRENT) is delivered in June. It was up $1.17, or 1.49%, at $79.54/barrel, but was down 0.3%.
