While fans reunited with wrestling games less than two months ago today with the long-awaited release of WWE 2K22, a new game is currently in the works from the side of the Stamford company.
Thus, WWE was organizing its financial results for the first quarter of 2022 on this Thursday evening. During the conference, Stephanie McMahon reflected on the commercial and critical success of WWE 2K22, including the highest Metacritic rating in franchise history. She assures that they “listened [leurs] fans and regained their trust by delivering a game that exceeded their expectations.”
At the same time, it was revealed that WWE recently signed a new contract for an RPG game, or a role-playing game, which will be announced soon. To have more details on this subject, we will have to wait a little longer since Stephanie McMahon stopped on this announcement…
