– Tonight is WWE SmackDown, the blue show starts on a video of what happened last week. The SmackDown intro then plays and the commentators welcome us. Comes Cody Rhodes who enters for the first match of the evening.
Singles Match
Cody Rhodes vs Ludwig Kaiser
During the game, Paul Heyman and then Solo Sikoa come to the stage to watch the game.
At the end of the match, Cody Rhodes continues with his CodyCutter then his CrossRhodes on Ludwig Kaiser for the victory by pinfall.

– After the match, Paul Heyman and Solo Sikoa enter the ring. Heyman says he’s going to redo Cody Rhodes’ victory announcement: The winner and still… challenger to the WWE/Universal Undisputed Title held by Roman Reigns: Cody Rhodes! Paul Heyman announces that Cody Rhodes will be against Solo Sikoa this Monday on RAW and that Roman Reigns will be on SmackDown next week for a final head-to-head before WrestleMania. Cody Rhodes responds to beating Seth Rollins with half his body. Roman Reigns may be undefeated, but he’s not ready. Solo Sikoa will find out he’s not ready at RAW and Roman Reigns will tell himself the same thing at WrestleMania.
– Commentators announce that the John Cena vs. Austin Theory from WrestleMania 39 will be the first match of the first night.
– Charlotte Flair enters then takes a microphone. The SmackDown champion says we’re eight days away from WrestleMania. She was 14 times world champion. Business wasn’t built on fear, it was built on respect. She’s not afraid of Rhea Ripley, she respects her. Charlotte is only afraid of her own potential.
Charlotte Flair loves her father and she will never apologize for carrying on the greatest legacy in sports-entertainment.
– Rey Mysterio enters and his wife and daughter are in the crowd.
– Piff The Magic Dragon is in the crowd.
Singles Match
Rey Mysterio vs LA Knight
During the match, Dominik Mysterio’s music hits and he comes to ringside. Meanwhile, LA Knight manages to knock Rey Mysterio out of the corner.
At the end of the match, Dominik Mysterio interferes with his father and LA Knight takes advantage of a roll up on Rey Mysterio to win.
Winner: LA Knight
– After the match, Dominik Mysterio takes a microphone and enters the ring facing Rey Mysterio. He asks her if he will finally be a man and face her at WrestleMania. Rey Mysterio refuses again and leaves the ring. Dominik asks her mother in the crowd what it’s like to be married to a loser. He approaches his family and asks his mother if she knew she had married a good-for-nothing. But her mother is no better than Rey. She’s too stupid to understand. Dominik’s sister gets up and then his mother takes the microphone and wants to speak, but Dominik snatches the microphone from her hands and tells her to shut the fuck up!
Rey Mysterio approaches and sends his son to the ground. He tells her that he pushed her to do this. He disrespects his mother. He wants a match at WrestleMania? Rey Mysterio accepts!
– Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez are ringside for the next match.
Tag Team Match
Lacey Evans et Xia Li vs Shotzi et Natalya
At the end of the match, Natalya makes Xia Li give up thanks to her Sharpshooter.
Winners: Natalya and Shotzi – Added to WrestleMania’s Fatal 4-Way
– After the match, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez get on the ring apron… but Ronda Rousey’s music hits and she arrives with Shayna Baszler on the stage. Shayna Baszler says everyone in the ring has a reason to get revenge on them…maybe tonight? Ronda Rousey asks how many times have they already sold out this arena and even Las Vegas? They don’t deserve it tonight. Shayna Baszler agrees and concludes by saying thatthey were added to the WrestleMania match.
– Drew McIntyre enters. Adam Pearce is in the ring for the contract signing. Sheamus’ music hits and he arrives with Butch as well as Ridge Holland. Sheamus says everyone asks him why he’s mad at McIntyre. He worked for 15 years with a specific goal and then his best friend came and stole that goal, a friend he left sleeping on his couch, brought to his first training in the business. Drew McIntyre says last week they were in that ring reminding everyone why they’re the toughest in the business. After the game, they should have gone to the bar, but Sheamus can’t separate the staff from the business.
Drew McIntyre knows he can beat Gunther. On the other hand, history shows that Sheamus cannot do it. Adam Pearce tells them to calm down, he needs their signature. McIntyre and Sheamus sign the contract then Gunther arrives. He asks Adam Pearce why he is in a match where he can lose his title without being involved in the pinfall? Gunther signs the contract then takes a microphone. The champ says he’s gonna beat McIntyre, he’s gonna beat Sheamus. If necessary, he will even beat Ridge Holland and… He asks Butch what he is looking at like that, then the latter attacks Gunther! Butch gets held up and Gunther demands a match right away!
– Drew McIntyre is ringside for the next match.
Singles Match
Gunther vs Butch (accompagné par Sheamus & Ridge Holland)
At the end of the match, Drew McIntyre fights with Sheamus and Ridge Holland ringside. In the ring, Gunther counters a hold from Butch and gives him a Last Symphony for the pinfall victory.

– After the match, Sheamus gets in the ring and faces Gunther. Drew McIntyre comes out of nowhere and lands his Claymore Kick on Gunther!
– Backstage, the Street Profits talk about their match at WrestleMania. They are joined by Braun Strowman and Ricochet who tell them they will show what they can do at WrestleMania.
– Next week for the last SmackDown before WrestleMania: Face to face between Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns – Drew McIntyre and Sheamus will face Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci – Andre the Giant Battle Royal.
– Kevin Owens is in the ring for his KO Show. He asks us to welcome his brother, Sami Zayn! The latter enters and wants to talk about WrestleMania. They are on course to win the WWE Tag Team Titles together and at WrestleMania. WrestleMania is very different this year. Kevin Owens says he has a thing for Sami Zayn. The latter has already had the Honorary Uce t-shirt, but he needs a new t-shirt. Kevin Owens pulls out a KO-Mania t-shirt, but it’s not KO-Mania. WWE’s MVP for the past 12 months is Sami Zayn.
Sami Zayn looks at the t-shirt that says “WrestleZAYNia“, he is happy then hugs Kevin Owens… But the two wrestlers are attacked from behind by the Usos who then leave the ring. The show ends like this.
