– Tonight is WWE SmackDown, the blue show starts with a recap of Roman Reigns’ victory over Drew McIntyre at Clash at the Castle thanks to the help of Solo Sikoa then we go directly to the arrival of the Brawling Brutes followed by Imperium for the first fight of the evening.

6 Man Tag Team Match

Brawling Brutes (Sheamus, Ridge Holland & Butch) vs Imperium (Gunther, Ludwig Kaiser & Giovanni Vinci)

During the match, Sheamus lifts Ludwig Kaiser and brings his White Noise directly to Giovanni Vinci who was lying on the ground.

At the end of the match, Giovanni Vinci and Ludwig Kaiser bring their Imperium Bomb to Ridge Holland for the victory.

Winners: Imperium (Gunther, Ludwig Kaiser & Giovanni Vinci)

– Just before the break, Michael Cole reminds us of the death of Queen Elizabeth II at the age of 96 this Thursday, September 8, 2022.

– After this commercial break, we have the arrival of Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso) accompanied by Sami Zayn. The Québécois makes the introductions and tells the people of Seattle that the Bloodline is in their city. Jey Uso then continues by saying that the Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns, once again defied the odds by still being the Undisputed Champion and especially by beating Drew McIntyre on his own ground. Jimmy then asks everyone to stand up to welcome new Bloodline member and little brother, Solo Sikoa. During Solo Sikoa’s entrance, a promotional video about his exploits in NXT as well as his intervention during Clash at the Castle is broadcast. Solo Sikoa takes the microphone and says that when his family is attacked, he is there to defend them and he is here to fix the problems. He then goes on to say he’s here to stay when suddenly Drew McIntyre’s music hits and he shows up with a chair. Solo Sikoa is the only one who wants to face Drew McIntyre who rings him with the thing, but when he wants to land the second blow, Sami Zayn for the Usos’ younger brother and he takes the chair shot for him. Drew then lets it be known that he wants to take care of Solo Sikoa tonight and the Usos’ younger brother seems to agree.

– After a new break, it’s time to welcome the women’s team championships, Raquel Rodriguez and Aliyah, then the music of Toxic Attraction sounds and during their entrance we have a video message from the two wrestlers. Gigi Dolin says Raquel Gonzalez is very powerful while Aliyah is very pretty. Both women say they couldn’t have made it through to the semi-finals if they had been able to fight.

Tag Team Match

Raquel Rodriguez et Aliyah vs Toxic Attraction (Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne)

At the end of the match, Aliyah surprises Gig Dolin with a Spear and Raquel Rodriguez first wears a Vertical Suplex Facebuster then she finishes with her Chingona Bomb for the victory.

Winners: Raquel Rodriguez and Aliyah

– We have a recap of what happened last week between Ronda Rousey and Adam Pearce.

– It’s now time for the match with five wrestlers to determine the next challenger to the title of Smackdown champion currently held by Liv Morgan.

WWE Women’s Championship Fatal 5 Way Elimination Contenders Match

Xia Li vs Natalya vs Sonya Deville vs Lacey Evans vs Ronda Rousey

Natalya is eliminated by Ronda Rousey via submission with a Jujigatame

Lacey Evans is eliminated by Ronda Rousey with a Jujigatame

Xia Li is eliminated by Sonya Deville with a Rear Naked Choke

At the end of the match, Ronda Rousey managed to apply an Ankle Lock on Sonya Deville for the victory by submission.

Winner: Ronda Rousey

After the match, Ronda Rousey celebrates her victory and turns to Liv Morgan who was watching the match in the VIP box

– Behind the scenes, Jimmy Uso tells Solo Sikoa that he will have to pull out all the stops tonight and that this is his big opportunity. Solo Sikoa then thanks Sami Zayn for saving him, but Jey Uso cuts the conversation short by saying it’s little brother’s party tonight, and he’s going to make an Impact. Sami tells Solo that if he needs any help he will be there tonight and do anything for him, but Jey cuts him off again and says he has to do everything alone. Solo Sikoa ends by saying that he indeed has to do everything alone tonight, but if he ever needs help, he will call on Sami.

8 Man Tag Team Match

Maximum Male Models (Mace & Mansoor w/ Max & Maxxine Dupri) & Angel Garza & Humberto Carrillo vs Hit Row (Top Dolla & Ashante Thee Adonis w/ B-Fab) & Street Profits (Angelo Dawkings & Montez Ford)

At the end of the match, Mansoor goes for a crossbody from the top rope, but Top Dolla catches him in the air then he makes the change to Ashante Thee Adonis and together they finish with the Heavy Hitter for the victory.

Winners: Hit Row (Top Dolla & Ashante Thee Adonis w/B-Fab) & Street Profits (Angelo Dawkings & Montez Ford)

– After the commercial break, the music of Alpha Academy (Chad Gable & Otis) plays and they disembark. Chad Gable tells us he’s here to ruin Braun Strowman’s night after they got attacked on WWE RAW on Monday. Chad Gable then says he’s a top athlete just like Otis unlike Seattle and that’s probably why they don’t have a basketball team anymore. Boos are heard very strongly as in 2018 when Elias and Kevin Owens had made the same kind of joke. Chad Gable then tells us he’s going to flaunt his genius tonight by showing how he made Otis monstrous, but suddenly Braun Strowman’s music kicks in and he steps into the ring. Braun Strowman manages to take over by knocking out Chad Gable and then he ends up with a Powerbom on Otis.

– Behind the scenes, Drew McIntyre tells Kayla Braxton that Clash at the Castle should have been the best moment of his career. He gave 21 years of his life to this business and he should have been the new Undisputed champion. Tonight, he will make Solo Sikoa pay by showing him the consequences of his intervention during the match against Roman Reigns in Cardiff.

– Just before the main-event, the commentators announce the program for next week, including a Fatal 4 Way to determine the challengers for the Usos team titles with The New Day vs The Street Profits vs American Alpha vs Los Lotharios.

Singles Match

Drew McIntyre vs Solo Sikoa

At the end of the match, Drew McIntyre lands his Claymore on Solo Sikoa who finds himself outside the ring, when suddenly everything goes black and white and Karrion Kross attacks Drew McIntyre which causes a disqualification.

Gagnant : Drew McIntyre par DQ

After the match, Karrion Kross continues his attack on Drew McIntyre with his Kross Jacket (rear choke) and despite a good resistance from the Scotsman.

The show ends with the lights going out while Karrion Kross still applies the Kross Jacket on Drew McIntyre.
