Xiaomi launches smart glasses in China with 22h autonomy, Bluetooth and more

A Xiaomi launched a new smart eyewear through its sub-brand Mijia. It treats two Smart Audio Glasseswhich are grade models like any other, but differ in that they have the option of playing content with sound via Bluetooth connection, without the need for wires.

In general, its design does not have flashy details and the look is discreet, something along the lines of what is usually seen in traditional glasses. In the frame, the sides are a little thicker so that the speakers and other components of the device can be accommodated.

The controls, in turn, are made through tactile areas of 30 mm on the sides. In this way, the user can use commands to adjust the playback of the tracks and be able to switch to the next song. Likewise, there are internal microphones that make it possible to make voice calls with the item.

Something that also draws attention to this product is the multipoint connection, which allows connection to up to two devices at the same time. Not only that, switching between each of the paired devices isn’t difficult and can be done in just a few taps.

Regarding the battery, the manufacturer claims that Smart Audio Glasses can deliver up to 22 hours of autonomy in normal use. Now, in the continuous conversation part, it supports up to seven hours or 10 if it is used to play music. Finally, the price varies between 799 e 899 yuan (between BRL 546 and 615).
