The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 series has arrived at our office, and after the Redmi Note 11 Pro, the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G and the vanilla Redmi Note 11, it’s time to share our initial thoughts on the Redmi Note 11S. study group.

The retail box contains a clear case, block unit, 33W charger and USB-C cable as well as some reading material.
The Redmi Note 11S looks just like the Redmi Note 11 in the official photos, but in fact it has an extra layer of glass on top of the camera island, which is more than that, with the device resting slightly on its back on a flat surface.
Speaking of cameras, there is a big difference between the S version and the vanilla. Compared to the 50MP f/1.8 on the Note 11, the Redmi Note 11S has a 108MP sensor behind the f/1.9 lens. The selfie camera has also been upgraded from a 13MP f/2.4 unit to a 16MP f/2.4 unit.

Another major difference in the Redmi Note 11S is the chipset – the Helio G96 operating system provided by Mediatek, which is built on 12nm operation. The CPU has two clusters – the performance is two Cortex-A76 at 2.05 GHz and the other six are Cortex-A55 at 2.0 GHz.
We’re very interested to see how it compares to the Redmi Note 11’s Snapdragon 680 chipset and 4+4 CPU.
Redmi Note 11S comes with a 5000 mAh battery that supports 33W charging. Xiaomi announces 0 to 100% within an hour, which is reliable, but we won’t know until the review arrives.
