Yellow alert in 3 districts in Kerala; Wind will blow at a speed of 40 km – Heavy Rain Rain in Kerala | IMD

Thiruvananthapuram ∙ Rain is likely in Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Idukki, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Palakkad and Kozhikode districts in the next few hours, the Central Meteorological Department said. Caution should be exercised as isolated thunderstorms and wind gusts of up to 40 km/h are possible.

On Sunday (27), Central Meteorological Department announced yellow alert in Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha and Kozhikode districts. Chance of isolated heavy rain is predicted. 64.5 mm to 115.5 mm of rain in 24 hours.
