Judge Johnny Gómez, of the Third Preparatory Investigation Court, resumes this Tuesday, from 10 in the morning, the hearing in which he evaluates the request for 36 months of preventive detention for Yenifer Paredessister-in-law of President Pedro Castillo, investigated for money laundering, criminal organization and other crimes.
The hearing for the same tax request against the mayor of Anguía, José Nenil Medina Guerrero, has been called for Wednesday.
At Sunday’s hearing, it was revealed that during the raid on the house in Cajamarca of Yenifer Paredesthe prosecution found 14 stamps of presidents and lieutenant governors of various communities and of a justice of the peace of Anguía, as well as documents on procedures for the preparation of technical files and works.
