You have rights! – Health and Social Services

Any user of the health and social services network who believes that his rights have not been respected, who is dissatisfied with the services he has received, should have received, receives or requires, or who witnesses particular situation that concerns him within an establishment of the health and social services network, may report the situation or file a complaint with the local service quality and complaints commissioner (CLPQS) of this establishment.

The CLPQS is responsible for applying the establishment’s complaint examination procedure while respecting the rights of users. Its work is carried out with diligence, neutrality, objectivity and impartiality.

The complaints review regime ensures that complaints are reviewed and reports of abuse are handled in complete confidentiality and independence. Inform yourself!
