Residents of San Francisco Javier said the victim is a young man they identified as Naun Isaías Ramos Silva, 24, who family and friends began looking for last Wednesday, at the end of the afternoon, when they noticed that he had not returned home at the usual time and was not answering his phone, they said.

Naum left his home in the middle of the morning, supposedly to graze and water the cattle he had, apparently on the hill called El Taburete, the same place where he was found murdered.
