You Yinglong believes that Tsai Ing-wen’s popularity fell by 7.3 percentage points in August. Among them, young people between the ages of 20 and 24, because they did not agree with Tsai’s major policy changes, led to 73.5% of these people’s support for Tsai in July. But in August, only 53.7% supported Cai, a loss of nearly 20 percentage points.
