While playing football, a young man in Hue City suddenly got his foot caught in the goal net, knocked over the goal, causing the crossbar to fall on him, causing tragic death.
Talking to VietNamNet on the evening of February 8, a leader of the Hue City Police (Thua Thien-Hue) said that regarding the death of a person on the football field, the unit is verifying in accordance with the law. See if there are any signs of a crime.
The information PV has said, the incident happened at regarding 5 pm on February 8 at the Monaco artificial football field (in Vy Da ward, Hue city).
At that time, a young man regarding 17 years old (unidentified) and a group of friends entered the football field. While playing football, this young man’s foot got caught in the net, toppling the iron frame system of the goal, causing the iron frame to press on the young man’s body, causing the victim to die.
Upon receiving the information, the Hue City Police force and local authorities quickly examined the scene and investigated the cause of the incident.
Currently, the victim’s body has been handed over to the family for post-mortem.
