The Economic Misdemeanors Court sentenced YouTuber Ahmed Hassan for harassing a girl via electronic conversations, with a fine of 20 thousand pounds.
Investigations regarding the incident proved that YouTuber Ahmed Hassan was involved in harassing a girl through a WhatsApp conversation, hours after he announced his need for a girl to present the title role for a short film, and then harassed her, in addition to his request to obtain private photos from her, and the investigations that were carried out using techniques said Al-Hadith, the defendant, YouTuber Ahmed Hassan, is the user of the phone chip with which the harassment incident was committed, and its incitement to commit immorality.
Investigations indicated that by tracing the phone number presented in the communication, it became clear that the accused, Ahmed Hassan, resides in the Basateen area, and is the owner of the chip that was used in the incident, and by examining the WhatsApp of the victim, it was found that there were conversations between her and the owner of the mobile number used by Ahmed Hassan, after Thus, the Public Prosecution listened to the statements of the victim, who said that YouTuber Ahmed Hassan verbally harassed her, and said in the text of the victim’s investigations that there are other girls who fell victim to the accused, and they are ready to give their statements about the facts they were exposed to.
In the same context, the victim’s lawyer said that the Public Prosecution listened to the statements of the victim, waiting to hear the statements of Ahmed Hassan regarding the accusations attributed to him, stressing that the victim submitted the report to the Internet Investigations of the Cairo Security Directorate, it was referred to the Basateen Prosecution according to the place of residence Accused.
