Yungblud Announces Free ‘Idols’ Photography Exhibition in London

British rock singer Yungblud is bringing his blockbuster Idols era home to London with a free three-day photography exhibition featuring previously unseen images captured by his long-time creative director and photographer, Tom Pallant.

Presented by Behind The Gallery, Yungblud: Idols will run from November 20 to November 22, 2026, at Union Pacific, located at 17 Goulston Street in London. The exhibition marks the collection’s exclusive U.K. showcase following its world debut in Sydney earlier this year. Pallant has worked with the musician since 2019, documenting his rise across international tours and major festival appearances like Glastonbury and Coachella.

Inside the Idols Era

The collection chronicles the writing, recording, and live performances that defined the Idols album, which dropped last summer and immediately climbed to the summit of the Official U.K. Albums Chart as the artist’s fourth No. 1 record in his home nation. Pallant’s work also captures key moments such as the singer’s landmark performance at Villa Park for Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath’s Back To The Beginning.

Pallant relies heavily on black-and-white imagery to highlight the raw emotional energy and vulnerability surrounding live performances. Explaining the motivation behind the showcase, Pallant noted that bringing the show to London felt like the right way to close the chapter on the Idols project by sharing favorite works and overlooked moments from the journey.

“I’ve always been drawn to the moments that happen around a performance as much as the performance itself, the exhaustion, the chaos, the feeling of putting everything you have into something,” Pallant stated.

Stephen Dallimore, creative director of Behind The Gallery, emphasized that Pallant’s rare ability to capture an artist’s entire world offers fans a powerful lens into the musician’s journey through photography, music, and storytelling.

Opening Weekend Events and Print Sales

The London exhibition features two special events across its opening weekend. An album playback is scheduled for the evening of November 20 at 6:30 p.m., followed by an artist talk and Q&A session with Pallant on Saturday, November 21, at 12:30 p.m.

Visitors attending the pop-up gallery will also have the opportunity to purchase physical pieces from the collection. Every print on display is a museum-quality, limited-edition archival work produced on Hahnemühle fine-art paper, and each piece will be hand-signed by Pallant.

A Continuing Visual Partnership

Pallant brings significant pedigree to the collaboration, having won awards at the Abbey Road Music Photography Awards in 2023, 2024, and 2026. Beyond his extensive work with Yungblud—which includes publishing the 2021 photography book All My Friends Have Deserted Me following a sold-out show at London’s Alexandra Palace—he has also collaborated with prominent acts like Blur, The Cure, and The Hives.
