The brand also announced the appointment of Matthias Hindriks as CEO.

The Fashion Society, the parent company of ZEB owned by Colruyt and which also includes the PointCarré and The Fashion Store stores, intends to develop after recording an increase in turnover of 207 million euros last year, for a profit doubled to more than 6 million.

The group plans to increase from 79 to 100 ZEB stores within three years, from 21 to 50 Fashion Stores by 2030 and to deploy PointCarré in France, whose thirty branches are almost all in Wallonia.

Thirty years after the opening in Aalst of “Jeans Depot”, the first sign of what would become The Fashion Society, the founder Luc Van Mol hands over to Matthias Hindriks, the group’s current financial director. He will take up his new duties on August 1.

“We strongly believe in the future of physical shopping, which is a fun time, which is why we continue to invest in our stores. A world where shopping is only possible online would be horrible. We are making a diametrically opposed choice,” says the new CEO.
