In Songsan 2 General Industrial Complex in Dangjin-si, Chungcheongnam-do, there is a 6-lane road on which many trucks run.
Only half of the three lanes are filled with cars, and the other three lanes are completely filled with parked cars.
Roads that have not been completed have been used illegally for 8 years, but local governments are lagging behind.

The remaining three lanes became parking lots.
Cars parked on both sides of the road are lined up so long that you can’t see the end.
Why did this happen?
As I checked, this road is an ‘unapproved road’ for which no construction permit has been granted, so according to the regulations, vehicles must be blocked from passing at all.
There would have been no problem if we had received partial completion approval when we first built the road in 2014, but for unknown reasons, we did not receive it at all.
The management municipality said that the road was being used out of necessity.

Since it is an unapproved road, he explained that he cannot crack down on traffic violations or illegal parking.
In the end, it was revealed that the contractor had no way to intervene until the resurfacing and facility reinforcement work was completed and completed, so he urged the contractor to solve it quickly.
The construction company explained that the construction is being delayed due to financial problems, and that it is not possible to get approval for completion until funds are secured through additional sales, etc.
Experts called it absurd, and emphasized that the local government should actively intervene to correct it.
