In the past few days, social media has spread a clip of a student being beaten, threatened and humiliated.
According to the image in the clip, a female student repeatedly hit the female student in the face with her hand. There were other students around, but they just watched and filmed the clip, no action to intervene.
As for the female student who is the victim, she only knows how to stand in battle, without any protesting behavior.
Not only hitting but the other female student also grabbed her hair, forced her to kneel, dragged her friend on the rocky ground, forced her to crawl through her groin (crawled through her legs).

Initial information determined that the incident occurred in Quang Trach district, Quang Binh province.
The student who was beaten was in 9th grade and the person who hit was a 7th grade girl who had just transferred to school for almost two weeks.
The leader of the Education and Training Department of Quang Trach district, said that the unit assigned the Principal of the secondary school where the two students were studying to find out the cause, meet directly with the student who was beaten to understand the situation and make a report. .
