Officials from the Mariño Municipal Delegation carried out a security device in the Santa Rita parish, Aragua state, where they apprehended a 16-year-old boy for hitting his partner of the same age.
It was learned that the minor, following an argument, subdued the victim, who is pregnant, causing various injuries to her arms and legs.
The fact was denounced before the Body of Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigations (Cicpc) of the entity.
The case was made available to the Superior Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry of Aragua state.
