2022 F1 Spanish Grand Prix Final: Starting Grid[F1-Gate .com]

F1 has announced the provisional starting grid for the 2022 F1 Round 6 Spanish Grand Prix final.

After qualifying, Fernando Alonso (Alpine F1 Team), who finished in 17th place, was relegated to the last grid after being penalized for being demoted because he was equipped with a new power unit and exceeded the number of radix used in the season. The grid of drivers from 18th place onward moved up one by one.

Charles Leclerc (Scuderia Ferrari) is in pole position, Max Verstappen (Red Bull Racing) and two protagonists of the 2022 title battle are on the front row on the second grid.

George Russell next to Carlos Sainz (Scuderia Ferrari) in the second row, Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes F1 next to Sergio Perez (Red Bull Racing) in the third row, but fighting for the top I’m digging into.

The final of the F1 Spanish Grand Prix will have a formation lap from 22:00 (15:00 local time) on Sunday, May 22nd.
