2024 Presidential Election: Nikki Haley Rises in New Hampshire’s GOP Polls

Nikki Haley continues her rise in the polls in New Hampshire, where the first primary in the race for the Republican nomination for the 2024 presidential election will take place on January 23. According to a study published by American Research Group, the former governor of South Carolina now has 29% of voting intentions in the Granite State compared to 33% for Donald Trump. Followed by Chris Christie (13%), Ron DeSantis (6%) and Vivek Ramaswamy (5%).

During a radio interview granted this Friday, the former Republican president denigrated the poll. “Another scam!” Fox News, in need of an audience, will make it its hobby horse. [Chris] Sununu is now one of the least popular governors in the United States,” did he declare referring to the Republican governor of New Hampshire, who announced his support for Haley.

Not all the news was good for Haley today, however. THE Washington Post published a reportage on how the candidate managed to raise millions of dollars after serving as governor of South Carolina and US ambassador to the UN, and resolve significant financial problems. Noteworthy fact: Haley refused to release her recent tax returns, after criticizing Donald Trump for his lack of transparency on the matter in 2016.
