Like every year on the occasion of Independence Day, civil awards have been announced for Pakistanis from different walks of life. These honors are announced by the Government of Pakistan on August 14 and awarded on March 23 of the following year.
This year, only 3 artists from the showbiz industry were nominated for Pride of Performance honors. These are their names.

Fareeha Parvez
Belonging to an artistic family, this singer has been associated with the singing industry for the past three decades. His songs “Dil Hawa Bokata” and “Vi Mein Tere Lar Lagi” are still listened to fondly even after many decades. He is famous for his melodious voice and beautiful singing of ghazals. Fareeha Pervez will be honored with Pride of Performance in 2025.
Hamid Rana
Who can forget the two famous characters of gold and silver? In which his innocence and simple acting are still imprinted on people’s hearts. One of them is PTV’s golden age actor and comedian Hamid Rana, known as Sona Chandi Ki Sona, who after years of entertaining the masses has finally been awarded the award in recognition of his talent. Sheba Arshad
Shiba Arshad also played the role of Chandi in the PTV classic Sona Chandi and her role is also considered a cult classic. They will also get Pride of Performance next year.
Sana Safinaz
Renowned designers Sana Hashwani and Safinaz Munir will be honored with Satara Imtiaz next year for their excellence in fashion.
