21 Members of Alleged Drug Gang Indicted in Massachusetts and New Hampshire

An alleged drug gang from Massachusetts and New Hampshire took a hit after the indictment of 21 members, according to the US attorney’s office in New Hampshire.

According to court documents, the allegations are related to an organized drug trafficking ring, which operated from Manchester to Boston, US Attorney Jane E. Young said.

“Over the past day and a half, police have arrested 12 of these defendants on charges of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances. During these arrests, law enforcement seized approximately 1.6 kilograms of suspected cocaine, 150 grams of suspected box of cocaine, 250 grams of suspected fentanyl, 100 bags of suspected controlled substances packaged for sale, $26,000 in cash, and four firearms. fire ”, reads the communication from the prosecution.

According to court records, this drug trafficking ring was led by Juan Ramón Soto Báez and allegedly moved fentanyl and crack from Massachusetts to Manchester for at least the last four years.

According to the charges, penalties of up to 20 years in prison are foreseen.
