Out of the 3 calculation methods used, AGR has chosen the risk premium calculation method by survey of market players, better reflecting investors’ expectations. This premium stands at 7.5%, up 140 bps compared to last October. A 6-year high. In a context of risk aversion, the market’s return requirement therefore rose to 10% against 8.5% initially.
