The Meteorological Authority warned of a state of weather instability, starting from tomorrow, Monday, November 14, until Wednesday, November 16, 2022, as the weather map revealed that the country would be exposed to storms and thunderstorms in different regions.
Regarding the weather in Alexandria, heavy rain is expected to continue until next Wednesday, as satellites revealed the activity of active and cold southeast winds, turning to southwesterly from the western regions and gradually extending inland and eastern regions during the afternoon and night hours of Wednesday.
The meteorologists warned in a statement of the continuation of the proliferation of low, medium and cumulus rain clouds over areas of the western coasts and northern Lower Egypt: (Matrouh – Alexandria – Sidi Abdel Rahman – Buhaira).
There are chances of rain falling in these regions and governorates during the coming hours, and it is expected that it will extend lightly on the northeastern coasts and south of Lower Egypt as time progresses.
Meteorologists advised citizens in coastal cities not to stand under metal plates and houses that are about to fall, not to drive during rain unless absolutely necessary, and to leave safe distances between cars to prevent traffic accidents, and not to touch poles.
And the meteorologists warned of the formation of water clouds in the morning on some roads leading to and from Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northern coasts, the Canal cities, central Sinai and northern Upper Egypt.
