Realme has just announced its new mid-range smartphone, the Realme 9i, equipped with a Snapdragon 680 chip, a 5000 mAh battery and a 90 Hz screen for less than 200 euros.

After a discreet launch in Vietnam, Realme has justadvertise an Inde, its main international market, the availability of its new entry-level smartphone, the Realme 9i. Successor to really 8i, the smartphone stands out as usual for a particularly interesting price-performance ratio.
On the front, the Realme 9i sports a relatively classic design with a 6.6-inch screen equipped with an IPS LCD panel in Full HD + and an adaptive refresh rate that can go from 30 to 90 Hz depending on the type of content viewed. . The screen is also punched in the upper left corner to integrate a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
Still regarding the photo, the Realme 9i has a triple module on the back. This is made up of a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) wide-angle camera, a 2-megapixel macro camera and a 2-megapixel monochrome (black and white) sensor for capturing of portraits. Unfortunately, there is therefore no ultra-wide-angle or telephoto camera.
A substantial 5000 mAh battery
To power the beast, Realme has integrated a chip Snapdragon 680 from Qualcomm, backed by 4 or 6 GB of RAM and 64 or 128 GB of storage expandable by microSD card. The smartphone also benefits from a rather large 5000 mAh battery compatible with fast charging up to a power of 33 W. A charger is also included with the smartphone. We will also appreciate the presence of a fingerprint reader on the edge of the device, the 3.5 mm mini-jack socket to connect headphones or earphones, as well as stereo speakers. Note, however, that the smartphone is limited to 4G connectivity and Bluetooth 5.0.

So far, the Realme 9i has only been announced in Vietnam and India. It is available in two colors, black or blue, and in two configurations:
- 4/64 GB: 13,999 rupees (164 euros)
- 6/128 GB: 15,999 rupees (188 euros)
When asked, Realme told us that they had no information to communicate to us about the possible availability of the smartphone in France.
