Al-Marsad newspaper: A real estate specialist revealed the name of a Saudi businessman who bought a plot of land in Riyadh for a value of one billion riyals.
And the specialist said in a video clip published via the “Tik Tok” application: “Businessman Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Mousa completed a real estate deal that touched one billion riyals on a land area of 62,000.”
And he continued, “The deal took place in Riyadh, specifically on King Fahd Road, which is the main artery.”
He continued, “The land will be built on 4 hotel towers and 3 office towers, with an estimated value of 4 billion riyals.”
