The lifeless body of a person was fished out Monday around 11:25 a.m. by firefighters from Liège on the banks of the Ravel in Herstal, in the Albert Canal, near the quay of Abhooz.
Monday around 12:00 p.m., the men of the fire could not specify whether it was a man or a lady.
The cause of death has yet to be determined by a medical examiner. The Liège public prosecutor’s office has been notified.
