The American model, of Palestinian origin, Gigi Hadid, participated in the opening ceremony of the “Nita Mukesh Ambani” Cultural Center in Mumbai.
Gigi Hadid appeared in Indian clothes, as she wore an Indian sari in golden color, and adopted a raised hairstyle, with soft makeup of golden and yellow tones, and was also adorned with a set of golden bracelets and thick earrings.
During the ceremony, the Indian star Varun Down raised controversy because of his embarrassing behavior with Gigi Hadid, as he asked her to go up to the stage while he was presenting a singing and dancing paragraph, and when she went up he carried her in his hands, then kissed her on the cheek, and put her down again on the stage to return to her seat.
The video received a great deal of interaction between the followers and the pioneers of social networking sites, who expressed their annoyance at this behavior, by a well-known Indian artist.
