A new hired killer in Cartagena. A man was shot to death on Wednesday night in the La Esperanza neighborhood.
The crime was recorded following 7:00 at night in the ‘El Hoyo’ sector of this community.
This medium learned that the fatal victim responds to the name of Norberto José Matos Carrillo, 29 years old.
According to information from witnesses, the man was shot four times while walking through the sector.
Carrillo Matos was transferred to the CAP of La Esperanza but it was indicated that he arrived without vital signs.
