A mother and her son have passed away and the dad of the family has been seriously injured in the fire of a house registered this Friday in Maracena (Granada).
According to EFE sources from the Fire Brigade and the 112 emergency service, the mother and her son have died in the fire that has affected a single-family home located on Gómez de la Serna street, a fire that has caused serious injuries due to burns to the parent.
112 has received the first of the notices at 9:15 am this Friday, a call to help several people who remained trapped in the house, including a minor.
Firefighters, agents of the Civil Guard and the Local Police and the health services of the Board have traveled to the place, who have come with a critical unit and a medical team.
As sources from the Fire Brigades have explained to EFE, upon arrival the fire was highly developed and probably it had started at dawn although it did not give signs until this morning.
Health sources have confirmed that in the fire a mother and her child have passed away, of which no data have been disclosed, and that the parent has been seriously injured with burns for which he has been transferred to the Virgen de las Nieves Traumatology Hospital.
