Al-Marsad newspaper: Captain Pilot Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Ghamdi commented on a clip of a pilot spraying water following the first solitary flight.
The video showed a young pilot inside the airport, several meters from a parked plane, as two of his colleagues “sprayed” him with water.
And a tweeter asked a question to Al-Ghamdi’s pilot, saying: “Captain Abdullah .. Good evening. If you have information that you can explain to us.”
Pilot Al-Ghamdi replied, “This is a well-known ritual in the world of aviation. Whenever the pilot makes a solitary flight following landing, they sprinkle water on him for remembrance.”
