Al-Marsad Newspaper: Citizen Kholoud Al-Olayani, from Taif, revealed her experience in learning martial arts, noting that she holds a black belt and many training certificates in this field.

And she continued, “Martial arts is not something aggressive, but something cultural and fine art, and with the wonderful developments in our country, we need to keep pace with this thing.” Pointing out that martial arts is not limited to a specific age, and that it trains the elderly, girls, boys, and young men, and it also trains its female colleagues at work, explaining that it works in a government job in addition to sports.

And she added, “It is not necessary to go to the club, and I do sports at home online with a large group of women, and I practice sports in nature,” noting that learning martial arts is a self-weapon for women.

And she continued, “Martial arts depend on fitness and culture,” adding that she had to beat young men to discipline them, and learning martial arts helped her do that.
