The symptoms of diabetes can easily be confused with something less serious, as it is often difficult to detect in its early stages, but there is one “silent” warning sign of type 2 diabetes and high blood sugar that you should not ignore. “.

Diabetes is a serious condition that affects many people, but there may be many who live with undiagnosed diabetes, so it is important that everyone pay attention to the subtle sign of high blood sugar in their urine.

The reason for this condition is that the body is struggling to produce enough of the hormone insulin, or the body does not react to insulin, as insulin helps convert blood sugar into usable energy.

So you should consider talking to your doctor about the disease if you start urinating more than usual, especially at night, because anyone who gets up regularly to use the bathroom at least three times may be at risk of developing this condition.

However, everyone’s body is different, and some people urinate more normally than others.

But, if you cut back on your water and caffeine intake before bed, and you still get up to use the bathroom, it could be a red flag of diabetes.

And if you go to the bathroom too much, especially getting up several times in the night to go, it could be a sign that your kidneys are working overtime to get rid of the extra sugar in the blood.

Excessive urination can be caused by a wide range of different conditions, including prostate problems, pregnancy and cystitis. Taking certain medications may also cause you to urinate more than you’re used to.

So if you’re concerned about how often you use the toilet, it’s best to talk to your doctor.

Other common symptoms of diabetes include feeling very tired for no apparent reason, injuries that take longer to heal, or even blurred vision.

However, you can reduce your chances of developing diabetes by eating a healthy, balanced diet.

The NHS said regular exercise is also key to protecting against high blood sugar, so everyone should do at least 150 minutes of moderate activity each week.
