Al-Marsad newspaper: The spokesperson for the Slum Development Project, Amjad Maghribi, revealed the latest developments in the project in the Makkah region.
Maghribi said, during his meeting with “Nashrat An-Nahar” program, via Al-Ekhbariya channel, that the project to develop Al-Kidwa, even at the level of removals, will soon start, which extends over an area of 680,000 square meters.
He continued, “There is a clear program for citizens managed by human resources regarding those who need alternative housing, and the Ministry of Interior has given approval for this project.”
He indicated that the removals will begin within the project soon, and then the development and infrastructure operations will follow.
He explained that the completion rate of the Quoz Al-Nakasa project reached 45%, and soon work on the Al-Kidwa project will start.
