The French Open semi-final between Marin Cilic and Casper Ruud was briefly interrupted on Friday evening by a woman, wearing a t-shirt with the inscription in English “There are 1028 days left”, who attached herself to the net.
The two players were sent back to the locker room, the time to evacuate the intruder who claims to be from an organization for the defense of the climate.
The match was able to resume after a quarter of an hour of interruption including a few minutes for a very brief new warm-up.
More details will follow.
