According to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed, during the phone call, thanked the Israeli Prime Minister for the warm welcome during his recent visit at the head of an official delegation to the State of Israel, which coincided with the two countries’ celebration of the two-year anniversary of their signing of the Abrahamic Peace Agreement.
The UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation confirmed that "The success of the two countries in building fruitful and solid relations is a clear embodiment of the benefits of peace for our region and our ability to work together for a prosperous future for generations to come."according to Wam.
During the phone call, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed praised the Israeli Prime Minister’s statement before the United Nations General Assembly in New York, during which he stressed the importance of peace for the peoples of the region and called for a two-state solution to achieve security and stability for the Israeli and Palestinian peoples.
The UAE Foreign Minister also congratulated Mr Israeli Prime Minister On the occasion of the Hebrew New Year, expressing his aspiration for the growth and development of relations between the two countries at all levels for the benefit of their peoples.
