It is a passionate love of youth that ends sadly in court. Adam (assumed name), 21, is being prosecuted for rape and indecent assault. The circumstances are special since he is accused of having digitally penetrated his then 16-year-old girlfriend at the time of the events, in 2021, while she was sleeping.
They had obviously already had consensual sex but twice, Adam would have gone too far.
