On Sunday evening, the Lebanese singer Majida Al-Roumi performed an artistic concert entitled “For Lebanon and the future of its youth”, at the theater of “Notre Dame” University, the proceeds of which will go to support the university’s students, after an absence from her fans that lasted for years.

During the ceremony, Al-Roumi strongly criticized the officials in her country. Considering that they are behind what Lebanon has reached, and that they “lack humanity and pushed the country into the abyss and betrayed the people,” noting that the country “did not reach what it reached by chance.”

To the tunes of her masterpiece “Your Eyes are Summer Nights”, Majed Al-Roumi entered her concert, the proceeds of which will be returned to help students secure university tuition.

The singer of the song “Khodni Habibi” confirmed on the stage of the university’s “Notre Dame de Louaize”, which witnessed the return of Al-Roumi after an absence for years, that her country “is still the beacon of the Arab East and the pioneer in every field, and every inch of Lebanon celebrates life despite everything.”

And the “icon of Arab singing” expressed that “Lebanon is eternal and has time to regain its free decision, and until that time the banner of culture, art, media and science must be fluttering despite the absence of its sovereignty and independence.”

And to the tunes of her masterpiece “Your Eyes Summer Nights” and the cheers of the audience, Majed Al-Roumi entered her concert, the proceeds of which will be returned to help students secure university tuition.

The audience interacted greatly and chanted Magda’s most famous songs, such as “Ya Sakin Afkari”, “I Love You Very Much”, “Al Jarida”, “Your Place in My Heart”, “Ya Beirut” and others.
