The family of the 57-year-old doctor was devastated at his funeral held at the 3rd Cemetery, who was murdered by his father-in-law in the yard of his house in Agia Varvara, in front of his daughter.
Relatives and friends said their last goodbyes, with the funeral being held in the rain and relatives asking journalists to discreetly cover the funeral procession.
