The management of the Saudi Al-Nasr Club revealed the fact that Senegalese player Sadio Mane was dispensed with in the upcoming summer transfer season.
Mane joined Al-Nassr from Bayern Munich in the summer of 2023, but he did not provide Al-Nassr with the required level in most of the matches this season.

However, an Al-Nasr official denied that the administration had taken any decision to abandon the Senegalese player.
The official added: “The player has a contract and both parties are committed to the agreement that was concluded between them. Linking the exit of Mane or any player in the current period is incorrect.”
He continued: “At the end of the current sports season 2023-2024, the performance of all players of the first football team at Al-Nasr Club will be evaluated, and then the CEO will be discussed to determine the departures and upcoming deals.
