Former Defense Minister Yaqoub Al-Sarraf tweeted on his Twitter account:
“One of the projects that I developed when I was Minister of Defense was a plan to provide the Lebanese army and all its institutions with electricity from the energy generated by the sun’s rays. We uncovered 62 buildings and barracks. We put the plan and printed it in May 2017. “If you had heard from us and responded to us, we would have fled from the state. The enemy has preceded us. I wish you listened to it.”
He attached it with a photo that includes the cover image of the plan he talked about, which was published in May 2017, and what was published by the Israeli enemy media about the launch of a similar plan in the Israeli Ministry of Defense more than a year later.
