In the highest forum of the state, the legislator defended his proposal by recalling the Political Constitutions of Mexico and Hidalgo, which establish that all decisions of the State must ensure and comply with the principle of the best interests of children, fully guaranteeing their rights. rights.

He explained that, according to existing UNICEF data, 63 percent of girls and boys, between 1 and 14 years of age, have experienced at least one form of violent discipline.

He recalled that there are babies, girls and boys, who are exposed to various forms of abuse or violence, and without multiple contexts in which these actions occur.

Thus, with XXX votes in favor, said initiative was approved, and will come into force the day after its publication in the official state newspaper.
