The fourth specialized judge of Bogotá denounced in the middle of the hearing in which he declared guilty of the crimes of torture and conspiracy to commit a crime against Sergio Andrés Pastor González, alias ’19′, and three other members of the so-called group ‘Americas Portal Resistance‘, what was threatened.
As he mentioned, the intimidation came through the WhatsApp group of the hearing in which sense of conviction was pronounced against the defendantswho were found responsible for the excesses and torture against civilians and the public force in the midst of the 2021 national strike.

The other convicts are Marcela Ivonne Rodriguez Parra, Johan Steven Sainea Rubio and Fernando Urrea Martinez.
According to the Prosecutor’s Office, alias ’19’ and the others convicted since April 28, 2021 gathered in makeshift camps in the towns of Kennedy and Bosain those places they stocked up on bottles, flammable liquids and chemical substances, which they used to affect the infrastructure of the Americas portal of Transmilenio and confront the public force.
The decision highlights that The Prosecutor’s Office “demonstrated that these people agreed and acted in coordination to carry out different acts of vandalism, torture of individuals and aggressions against the public force in the southwest of Bogotá.
