Amazon is now an essential place when looking to buy something. The American giant sells everything, and often at the best price. Sales, Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc… are all events where Amazon takes advantage of it to offer unbeatable prices. But that was not enough: Amazon therefore decided to create its own event, the days Amazon Prime Day 2023 !
Amazon Prime Day 2023: what is it?
The Prime Day was launched on July 15, 2015 to celebrate Amazon’s 20th anniversary with Prime members. This Amazon Prime Day 2023 event offers Prime subscribers of the discounted offers. To benefit from it, you must therefore be a Prime member. But what is it, then ?

Amazon has created a category of premium members who, against payment of a subscription, enjoy significant advantages.
The first, and not the least, is the free delivery within 24 hours. At first, I was very confused about having to pay €69 to be a Prime member. I still tried for a year, and 10 years later, I couldn’t live without it. In 2023, I placed a hundred orders! In other words, the shipping costs are already very largely amortized with the 69€ paid. Not to mention the fact of being delivered the next day, sometimes even on Sunday, we quickly get a taste for it, and we no longer understand the shops that take a week to deliver to us…
This concerns orders of several tens/hundreds of euros as well as orders of a few euros. Out of batteries? Hop an order, and the next day it’s delivered (if you live in a big city, some products can even be delivered within the hour). Once you’ve tasted this comfort, it’s hard to go back.

Although this is the main service used, being a Prime member offers many more advantages.
Thus, it also gives access to the service Premium Video. A kind of Netflix, which provides access to many free video programs. Not as extensive as Netflix, but Amazon has its own TV shows there, some of which are great, like The Boys for example, or the new series of Lord of the Rings, which Amazon funded itself (and well worth the movies!). It would be a shame to deprive yourself !
Similarly, your Prime membership gives you access to Prime Music, which this time resembles a Spotify or a Deezer. The Amazon Prime account provides access to over 2 million titles for free. Access to the entire library, on the other hand, remains chargeable, but with 2 million titles, there is already plenty to choose from. We also find in the catalog HD tracks and spatial audio, very fashionable!
Prime Photos: pour store all your photos for free and unlimited. A great way to backing up your photosor for share albums with family. You also have 5Go pour stocker divers documents other than pictures.
Prime Reading: if you are equipped with a kindle e-readeryou can, like at the library, borrow a book for free per month. A service that I use every month!
Priority access to great deals and flash sales: every day Amazon makes flash sales on a quantity of products. Some products leave very quickly, because in limited quantities. By being a Prime member, you access these offers half an hour before everyone else 🙂
Finally, you can also take advantage of additional discounts on subscription products. For example, if you know that you need such batteries every two months, you subscribe to this product: every two months, without doing anything, your batteries will be delivered to you. It is possible to have up to 20% additional discount on these products by subscribing.
