Amazon slashed the price of the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra to 1,079 euros in a promotional campaign that cut 31 percent off the retail value, bfmtv.com reported.
Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Performance and Galaxy AI Integration
The smartphone runs on a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, which is tailored specifically for the Galaxy series. This silicon architecture powers the device’s machine learning capabilities, enabling features such as an advanced photo assistant, Now Nudge, Now Brief, and real-time translation tools. Buyers can select from multiple color options and varying internal storage capacities during the sales event.
Samsung built the hardware around a durable frame constructed from Aluminium Armor. The display utilizes Corning Gorilla Glass Armor, while the rear camera array houses a 200-megapixel primary wide-angle sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens. The device also includes the signature S Pen stylus for hand-written notes and image editing.
Galaxy S26 Ultra Features Privacy Display and Waterproof Chassis
A primary hardware differentiator for the Galaxy S26 Ultra is the inclusion of a proprietary Privacy Display. Users can obscure the entire screen from external viewing angles with a single click. The chassis carries an official waterproof certification to protect internal components against liquid exposure.
