An eye-catching shot.. Egyptian Mohamed Elneny gives his colleague Odegaard the captaincy before the coronation ceremony

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – A video clip caught the attention of the viewers, during the Arsenal-Chelsea friendly match, which was held in the early hours of Sunday morning, and ended with the Gunners winning by a clean four, to be crowned the “Florida” Cup.

The clip showed the Egyptian player Mohamed Elneny taking off the captaincy and giving it to his Danish colleague Martin Odegaard, before the coronation ceremony, to raise the latter the match cup.

Odegaard had taken the captain’s armband at the beginning of the match, before it was carried by Mohamed Elneny, who participated as a substitute for Ghanaian Thomas Partey in the 72nd minute.

Mohamed Elneny’s gesture was well received by the fans inside the stadium, and among the pioneers of social networking sites.

Arsenal defeated Chelsea in the Florida Cup final in Orlando, on the sidelines of the two teams’ preparations for the new season in the United States of America.

The Arsenal quartet was signed by: Gabriel Jesus, Martin Odegaard, Bukayo Saka and Albert Lukonga.
