Kuwaiti actor and producer Nayef Al-Rashed revealed the reason for the artist Abdel Mohsen Al-Nimr’s recent attack on him, accusing him of spoiling the Gulf drama because of the series “Evil Al-Noufs”.
The Kuwaiti producer and actor explained that there was an old dispute between them, and the tiger still carried him in his heart.
The Saudi artist, Abdel Mohsen Al-Nimr, had said that the Kuwaiti actor and producer Nayef Al-Rashed spoiled the Gulf drama; Because of the series “Evil El Nofus.”
This came during his answer to a question put to him by the Saudi journalist, Ali Al-Olayani, during his program “Stages”, which he presents on the Saudi “SBC” channel, about Gulf drama.
Al-Rashed talked about his crisis with Al-Nimr during his meeting with the media, Fajr Al-Saeed, on the “Ghabga Fajr” program, saying: “Abdul Mohsen Al-Nimr has a personal problem with me. Temporary marriage, which MBC and the Council of Ministers stopped, and because of it, I turned to the prosecution.”
And he added: “For the third time I say it, if there is any mistake by the Shiite sect, I am ready to apologize to them one by one, and on one occasion there was a meeting with Sister Arwa, and Mohsen Al-Nimr made an intervention to discuss me, I at the time said that you are the owner of the one who discusses with me the competent authorities, but you are not discussing me, It is true that you belong to the sect, but you do not have the right to argue with me.”
He continued, “Mohsin Al-Nimr put the matter inside him and became upset, and said that Nayef Al-Rashed spoiled the Gulf drama, and set the series “Evil Al-Noufs.”
And about the works of Abdel Mohsen Al-Nimr, who accuses him of spoiling the Gulf drama, he said: “There is an audience who watches and sees his works. As for the series Evil Al-Noufs, I reviewed myself, and found that the series, people are modest in it, and with the beginning of the evil of souls, everyone attacked me, and then all those who attacked me settled after works in it. Charm”.
Abdul Mohsen Al-Nimr had attacked Nayef Al-Rashed, saying: “I say it is my responsibility … the one who spoils the Gulf drama is Nayef Al-Rashed, and I know that he will upset and paralyze me, but I do not like his works, especially the series Evil Al-Noufs.”
The Saudi actor affirmed his respect on a personal level for Nayef Al-Rashed, indicating that his opinion is limited to his artworks only.
He said: “May God bless him with goodness, and on a personal level, all respect and appreciation, but on the level of the result, I speak what I loved.”
And “Evil Al-Noufs” is a Kuwaiti series that was shown in 3 parts in 2008, 2009, and 2010, on the “mbc” screen, and was produced, composed and co-starred by Kuwaiti Nayef Al-Rashed, in addition to directing the third part.
