In any case, the regulations of the 2023 National Championship do not contemplate sanctions for the player, but for the club. “In case of non-compliance with the obligations established in this article, the organizing club will be sanctioned with a fine of up to 100 UF,” the text reads, which could cost Colo Colo about 4 million pesos. if so determined by the ANFP Disciplinary Court.
